JINGOLI constructed a new three-story technical school of about 325,000 gross square feet to educate high school students on a 7-acre project site. The school is located by Gould Avenue, Market Street, 9th Avenue and 11th street residential neighborhood in the city of Newark, located in Essex County, New Jersey.

The technical school includes general classrooms, science classrooms, kitchen and dining area, auditorium, main gym, practice gym, and approximately 60,000 gross square feet of the underground parking area with green roof.
