JINGOLI is constructing a 135,000 SF six floor school dormitory for Stockton University. JINGOLI demolished the old Eldredge Building in order to begin building the new student campus. The new campus is located at Atlantic and Providence avenues in the university district.

Scope of work includes building a space that can accommodate the following: 416 beds, lounge area, meeting room, and laundry area. New residents in the building upon completion will have access to the parking garage for personal vehicles.

The project is estimated to be completed in by 2023.
