On contract, JINGOLI constructed a new Nuclear Spent Fuel Storage Facility, a Heavy Hauler Transport Facility (HHTF), and a Maintenance Muster Facility (MMF). 

Preliminary excavation with hydro-vac equipment uncovered underground utilities and identified uncharted utilities. Several existing underground utilities got relocated to avoid interferences with the new foundation. New electrical, communication, data, water, and fire protection services were installed to the new buildings and storage pad as required.

JINGOLI pre-engineered the HHTF to be an 80' x 50' building designed to house heavy equipment required for fuel transfer and storage. The heated building has large metal hatches in the roof, storage, and maintenance areas. Also, there is a fire suppression sprinkler system to protect it. 

The MMF is a 100’ x 85’ pre-engineered steel building that includes offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, and an eating/break area. The HVAC system provides ventilation when heavy equipment is in the building. Also, a fire suppression sprinkler system fully covers the building.
