The RCOB project consists of a new, four-story L-shaped academic facility located on Route 322 next to Westby Hall. The academic building will give RCOB the facilities needed to double their enrollment to 2,000 students.

The facility has lecture halls, classrooms, seminar rooms, distance learning facilities, computer labs, study areas, a financial teasing lounge, and other spaces that support project-based learning and collaboration.
