JINGOLI did a complete renovation of the 70,000 square foot Mercer County Courthouse Annex in Trenton, New Jersey. JINGOLI renovated all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Also, a complete interior demolition was required to include asbestos abatement.  Also, exterior masonry is restored to the building.

The Annex will be occupied by the Mercer County Prosecutor, Clerk, and Court Administration. The Annex is listed on the Historic Registry.
