Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. was selected to provide total project management services for the construction of a new 82,000 square foot, 3-story public works facility, and salt storage barn. The project consisted of demolition, sitework, and pile supported construction of the new facility and salt barn.

In addition to the standard construction procedures the project included:

• Contaminated soil remediation.

• Ground water pumping and disposal.

• Installation of a methane gas collection and ventilation system under the entire facility.

• Construction of utilities and storage sheds over and around major electric and gas transmission lines.
