Bucks County Parking Garage included preconstruction and future construction of a new 1,172 space, 388,000 Square Foot parking facility. The facility's installation consisted of a 4-level pre-cast concrete structure and all related site work, including several thousand feet of off-site storm sewer and retention basin work.

After the parking garage was completed, the County built a New Judicial Center consisting of 4 levels and approximately 285,000 Square Feet. JINGOLI managed the initial space planning, conceptual design process, traffic, and impact studies.
