The Rutger's Honors College Building is a new mixed-use building serving as mainly student housing for 540 students at Rutgers on College Avenue Campus in New Brunswick, NJ. The building is between Seminary and Bishop streets. Also, the building is a u-shaped and has 3 wings: south, east, and north. The east wing and north wing are five stories tall, but the south wing is six stories with an additional lower level as a partial basement.

On the lower levels of the south wing, there is a lobby, office, and mechanical rooms. Level 1 provides a space for assembly, lounges, offices, and faculty apartments. Level 2 to 5 of the south wing are 285 dedicated student dorm rooms and lounges.
