The University Apartments at Rutgets University College Avenue Campus in New Brunswick, NJ is a new mixed-use building with student housing for approximately 440 students, retail space, and a central courtyard.

On the corner of Hamilton Street and College Avenue, the new building has an 8 story north tower, 6 story south tower, and 14 story west tower. The ground level office contains retail, common spaces, laundry, a collaborative room, offices, and mechanical rooms. Also, the upper floors include 136 apartments, lounges, and a fitness center.
