JINGOLI constructed a twelve-story, high rise dormitory that is 162,165 square feet on 330 Cooper Street in Camden, New Jersey. The building features room for 350 Rutgers University students in 102 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Below the dorms, there are 7,000 square feet of retail space.
