JINGOLI was the construction manager for the four-story, 105,000 square foot structure new long term care facility located at 1180 Marlboro Road on a 12-acre site. The projected is fitted out with 180 beds, long-term/sub-acute care, full kitchen/dining facilities, the latest technology for nursing requiring Alzheimer’s and dementia services.

Designed and constructed as a Gold-standard of LEED building and provides a high level of thermal system control in each room and most recent technology for increased efficiency.
