NEW BRUNSWICK WELLNESS PLAZA

The New Brunswick Wellness plaza is a 620,000 square foot mixed-use facility that includes extensive site improvements in the center of New Brunswick, NJ. The building has a nine-story precast concrete parking garage with 2,104 spaces for parking that will house 100,000 square feet of retail on the two levels.

A grocery store occupies the first level. On the second level, there is a full-service fitness and wellness center, including therapy and swimming pools on the lower and second level.
