New construction of a 42,4000 square foot building made of steel and masonry; the building is fitted with: (5) drive-through apparatus bays, dormitories, training/exercise areas, offices, and a control center. JINGOLI added storm water detention basins and runway access links for site work. 

The building is close to the active "airside" of active airplane runways utilized by Commercial and Private air traffic as well as the 177th Fighter Wing of the Air National Guard. JINGOLI maintained close coordination with local and FAA agencies to ensure safety and on-time task completion during this project
