JINGOLI added a third travel land and shoulder along a 6.8 section of the westbound Atlantic City Expressway. Major road work included: full depth construction of a third lane, resurfacing existing travel lanes and shoulders, new guide rail, concrete median barrier, sign structures, drainage, slope protection, and highway lighting. 

Exit 28 (Route 54) and Exit 31 (Route 73) interchanges widened through construction. The structural scope of work included widening two bridges and culverts along with bridge parapet/deck replacements at four bridges (Route 73, Piney Hollow Road, Conrail and Route 54). 

JINGOLI also constructed bio-infiltration swales with planting soil beds along the median and shoulder areas within Pineland Commission protected areas along with manufactured water treatment devices for community environment development.
