The site for the new casino is on a capped landfill. All of the sewer, storm, and water installation was 5 to 15 feet below landfill material, which was also hauled to on-site berms. Utilities, structures, and headwalls had to be installed on piles and concrete pile caps to counteract primary and secondary settlement. These utilities included: 

  • 4,600 LF of Sanitary Sewer Pipe, with 25 Manholes
  • 14,800 LF of Storm Pipe, with 150 Structures
  • 1,800 LF of Telephone Duct Bank
  • 10,250 LF of 20” and 8” Water Main and Fire Lines
  • 27,000 LF of Elec. Site Lighting Conduit with Poles & Bases
  • 3,000 LF of Misc. Sleeves for future pipe installations
